Documents required for admission:
The following documents/pictures must be attested by a gazette officer & provided to the institution along with admission form:
- Domicile & Photocopy of NIC
- Matric Certificates (DMC, Provisional Certificate)
- F.Sc. Certificates (DMC, Provisional Certificates Part-I & Part-II)
- Migration Certificate from the Concerned Board
- Declaration/Undertaking/Affidavit on Stamp Paper
- 6 Photographs (3 attested on the front & 3 attested on the back)
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 60% marks in intermediate (FSc/A-Levels) with pre-medical subjects.
