Application Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our pharmacy program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 60% Marks in F.Sc.: Ensure that your academic performance meets the minimum required percentage.
Required Documents
Please prepare and submit the following documents:
- Domicile Certificate & Photocopy of National Identity Card (NIC): Proof of residence and identity.
- Matric Certificates: Include both the Detailed Mark Certificate (DMC) and Provisional Certificate.
- F.Sc. Certificates: Provide the Detailed Mark Certificates (DMC) and Provisional Certificates for both Part-I and Part-II.
- Migration Certificate: Obtain this from the concerned board if applicable.
- Declaration/Undertaking/Affidavit: Submit a signed declaration or affidavit on stamp paper as required by the college.
- Photographs: Provide 6 recent photographs; 3 should be attested on the front and 3 on the back.
